Aligning competence-oriented qualifications in sport management higher education with industry requirements: An importance–performance analysis

This article examines the fit (or lack thereof) between competencies needed by sport industry and proficiency of management students. The authors apply importance–performance analysis as a strategic tool to analyze results two competence-oriented datasets in German context.
